- The game was created by insparation from Operation: Tango by Clever Plays.
- Initially, the game was straight up called "Operation: Tango in Fortnite", but it didn't pass the review. However, even after changing the name of the map, it was still rejected. Due to this fact, we can't say for sure if the map will ever return.
- In the very first trailer, the scenes were copied from the original Operation: Tango trailer, even though almost nothing was in the final demo.
